Description

Experience Level:

  • 4 years of experience of which 2 years in Azure and ARM/Bicep.
  • Experience in Development and Support type of projects in the role of Analyst or Consultant.


Mandatory skills:

  • Detailed working knowledge of Azure functionality, engineering/networking/security best practices and common design patterns for ETL/data warehousing/business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience in implementing CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps (preferably) or other tools, and use of ARM/BICEP templates.
  • Detailed knowledge configuring/deploying Databricks and Unity Catalog within Azure environments.
  • Detailed experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Azure environments.
  • Experience working as part of a cross-functional team within an agile scrum environment.
  • Experience monitoring cloud platforms for financial cost optimisation.



Essential Requirements:

  • DevOps Tooling: Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos & Pipelines)
  • Infrastructure as Code: Azure ARM & Bicep
    • If the candidate has no bicep experience but is very experienced in ARM/JSON it can be easily picked up
