Axiom QA/Business Analyst

Responsibilities
 

• Quality Assurance & Testing:
   
• Develop and execute test cases to validate the functionality and accuracy of regulatory reports generated by the Axiom system.
   
• Perform system, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that reports meet business and regulatory specifications.
   
• Identify and document defects, work with development teams to resolve issues, and re-test fixes.
   
• Ensure that all reports comply with internal and external audit requirements.

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
   
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or Regulatory Reporting Analyst.
   
• Experience with regulatory reporting, financial reporting standards, and compliance regulations (e.g., Basel III, Solvency II, MiFID II, etc.).
   
• Experience with the Axiom software suite or similar regulatory reporting platforms (e.g., Wolters Kluwer, Finastra) is highly desirable.
   
• Knowledge of banking or financial industry data, including accounting, risk, and financial systems.
   
• Proficiency in Axiom or similar regulatory reporting tools is a plus.
   
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
   
• Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
   
• Familiarity with software testing tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Selenium).
   
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex financial data and regulatory requirements.
   
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
   
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
   
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
   
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
