AWS+Java Tech Lead

Key Skills to Look For-

Onsite senior tech lead with hands-on experience and strong background in AWS and Java. Key words like SNS, SQS, AWS KMS, Lambda, IAM roles/policies will help in screening. 
He should be working closely with the SMEs in EWS and understanding requirements, breaking them down to stories, tasks and developing them for the customer.
He should also be able to estimate and do the task assignment and get the work done from the offshore developers for the prioritized stories.
He will be representing 3 SQUADs with the customer from a work perspective.
He should also have good exposure and working experience in an agile environment
