Job Description:
· Minimum 12+ years of experience with Contact Center Domain Technologies and products
· Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Connect, Lex, Lambda, Dynamo, S3, CloudWatch
· Shall have hands-on knowledge including solution design and architecture for larger scale contact centers, in building complex contact flows that require in-depth and granular knowledge with Lambda and Lex
· Minimum 5+ years of experience with Lex dealing various kinds of Bot implementation and build work
· Shall have design knowledge on deployment pipeline
· Shall have strong knowledge with AWS infra and overall what services are best to leverage, knows how to derive cost
· Well versed with full stack development - node.js, python, java script Java Springboot, Deployment pipeline, Terraform.
· Should have migration knowledge to deploy applications/infra from on-prem to AWS Connect
· Added advantage to have Genesys Engage Composer knowledge
· Shall have knowledge to demonstrate deployment architecture, solution design for middleware systems and be able to review with architecture and security boards
· Knowledge with Optimizing API performance, data masking and data streaming into Splunk
· Should have knowledge with deployment pipeline and Terraform
· Able to demonstrate integration architect with different platforms and best practices
