AWS Cloud Engineer

We are looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy fresh graduates to join our Cloud Operations team as Trainee AWS Cloud Engineers. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in cloud computing and IT support with hands-on exposure to enterprise-level AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor AWS cloud-based applications and infrastructure for incidents and alerts.
• Provide first-level (L1) support and basic troubleshooting for AWS-related issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and incident runbooks.
• Log and track incidents in tools like ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree - All branches except Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in 24x7 shift rotations and in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Understanding of application life cycle(SDLC)
• Knowledge of Core Computer Science Concepts including Data Structure, Algorithms, Databases, Operating Systems
• Familiarity with Programming in C or Java, Python etc...
• Familiarity with Web Development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Angular etc..
• Positive attitude, ability to work in a team, flexibility to work different
