AWS Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities:

o Looking for an AWS Cloud engineer, someone who has exp. deploying apps in AWS, can work closely with the engineering and security teams, and do a lot of development work.

o Wants to migrate the call recording system which is on-prem right now to move to the cloud so this person will be helping there. Someone who is comfortable with migration activities.

o Someone who has exp. working with SQL server teams.

o Overall- 5-to-8-year exp. the window is what he is looking for. AWS certification is required.

o PLUS- They manage all of the contact centers so someone who knows Amazon connects, voice tech/voice recording background, someone who knows about middleware elements, call flows, chat/voice bots. Airline exp. would be a big plus.

o Day to day- Would be involved in integration to United backend and deployment of web assets in AWS.

o Ideal candidate- An AWS engineer who has worked in a contact center environment.
