Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional with hands-on experience in AWS Glue and Amazon Security Lake to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and security data lakes. The ideal candidate will have strong cloud engineering experience, particularly in AWS-based data transformation and security event management, and a solid understanding of data governance and compliance in cloud environments.

Experience in security operations, incident response, or SIEM integration SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role1 Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Glue Studio, and Glue DataBrew2 Ingest, catalog, transform, and process large volumes of structured and unstructured data3 Set up and manage Amazon Security Lake to centralize security-related logs from multiple sources4 Ensure proper data partitioning, optimization, and lifecycle management within AWS data lakes5 Work closely with Security and DevOps teams to integrate security event data with analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Athena, OpenSearch, SIEM platforms)6 Develop and maintain Glue Jobs and Crawlers for continuous data processing and catalog updates7 Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines for performance and cost8 Implement and maintain IAM roles, policies, and encryption for secure data access9 Generate actionable insights from security-related data using Athena, Quick Sight, or external analytics platforms10 Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to best practices for cloud-native data solutions1 Role: AWS Glue & Amazon Security Lake Specialist Amazon Security Lake, AWS Glue developmentskillset2 Required Technical Skill Set Python, PySpark, or Scala
