Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud applications on AWS.
Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, and Kubernetes (EKS).
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and fault tolerance strategies for applications.
Optimize application performance, security, and cost efficiency in AWS environments.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
Develop CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools like CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure best practices in cloud application development.
Provide guidance on cloud migration strategies, including re-architecting legacy applications for AWS.
Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with AWS Well-Architected Framework.
Stay updated with AWS advancements and incorporate relevant innovations into the architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in application development and cloud architecture.
Strong expertise in AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC, IAM, and CloudFront.
Hands-on experience in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS).
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or Node.js.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK.
Knowledge of security best practices including IAM roles, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or ELK stack.
Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional/Associate) or equivalent certification.
Experience in multi-cloud environments or hybrid cloud solutions.
Background in serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
Experience in AI/ML or data engineering on AWS is a plus
