Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Requirement Analysis and Project Management:

• Support regional and global projects by analyzing business requirements and managing project activities, particularly in the treasury and market domains.

1. Documentation and Process Re-engineering:

• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Lead business process re-engineering and digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.

1. Risk Management and Governance:

• Support governance and operational risk management across multiple regions, standardizing and improving processes.

1. System Validation and Testing:

• Participate in system validation activities including pre-UAT and UAT planning, and coordinate user training sessions.

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform requirement elicitation, and provide updates on project progress.
• Collaborate with Front, Middle, and Back-Office teams across various locations.

1. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with IT and Operations teams to ensure successful system implementation.
• Support strategic business initiatives through requirement analysis, system design, and validation.

1. Operational Standardization:

• Lead efforts to standardize and streamline operations across different regions, enhancing governance and minimizing operational risks.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in business analysis with a focus on treasury and market operations.
• Proficient in creating BRDs and FRDs and executing detailed requirement analysis and process documentation.
• Experience in Front-, Middle-, and Back-Office operations, particularly in the treasury domain.
• Hands-on experience in pre-UAT and UAT planning and user training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate across regions and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of market operations in Asia-Pacific regions such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, or India.
• Experience in system design or development.
• Experience in the financial services industry with a focus on core banking, treasury, and market systems.
• Exposure to working on projects across multiple countries or regions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, with a focus on the treasury and market domains.
