Essential Skills:• Lead the migration and integration of Avaya Core PBX systems into Enbridge’s standard Cisco UC environment.• Engineer and support the Avaya telephony environment across multiple datacenters (Utah Center & Equinix).• Coordinate DR strategy and failover testing across Avaya and Cisco voice systems.• Ensure operational continuity during the cutover of remote sites and SCADA-dependent voice services.• Collaborate with network engineering teams to address SD-WAN routing, SIP trunk redundancy, and latency mitigation.• Deploy and configure RedSky Emergency Call Responder (E911) across dual data centers to meet regulatory and operational compliance.• Support the implementation of call recording solutions: Eventide (non-Contact Center) and Verint (Contact Center).• Contribute to voice platform standardization, decommissioning of legacy DE systems, and onboarding to Enbridge voice standards.
