Skills:

  • Hammer tool experience from Infovista, Karate
  • Testing background - Functional testing requirement, IVR testing.
  • Good to have - Java experience (Not mandatory)
  • Experience with Contact Center Applications including Voice/Messaging flows
  • Test preparation and execution experience, preferably within business applications and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions.
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate and innovate.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at all organization levels.
  • Ability to establish plans and develop systems and processes.
  • Ability to work and think independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to translate quantities of information into objective-based deliverables.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of standard Project Management, and Quality Assurance testing methodology, strategies, and practices.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and defect resolution processes.
  • Knowledge and experience with agile methodology
