Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience with web & API automation and different framework (Data Driven, keyword, BDD & hybrid) development using Selenium with JavaScript and Java.
• Excellent Scripting experience (Java & JavaScript) and should also know how to design test automation framework from scratch using Playwright.
• Experience of working with REST service and understanding of SOA architecture
• Develop Test Framework for API's and Front end/Backend testing.
• Should have very good understanding of backend testing skills, SQL commands, CSS, XPATH, coding standards and best practices
• Should have good documentation skills including automaton test plan, strategy, test reports and presentation.
• Good understanding of Jenkins (CI/CD) and hands-on with parallel testing and cross browser automation testing tools (BrowserStack/Selenoid, etc)
• Should be technically competent and able to drive multiple technical aspects of a project independently. Should be able to troubleshoot issues in the project and provide solutions to team members wherever required.
• Should possess good knowledge of Quality processes, Open source automation testing tools and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate with clients, development team, and other partners to understand the requirements, usage patterns and plan the test design.
• Should know what is trending in market and should be open to work on new tools, tech stack, research and development in automation space.
