Automation Tester

Desired Skills & Experience
·  At least 12-15 years of relevant testing experience
·  Adept at carving out / architecting commercially viable testing solutions, creating value differentiators
·  In-depth knowledge of Platforms like Windows / UNIX / Mainframes / Midrange
·  Good consulting, communication, convincing and presentation skills
·  In-depth knowledge of Testing concepts and Test Project management
·  Expert knowledge of Effort Estimation and Scheduling, Scope definition
·  Good Understanding of Technology and Client Business (Domain knowledge and exposure in at least one domain from Pensions, Retirement Income and Retirement solutions)
· Must have Advanced / Expert level of knowledge of testing concepts, methodologies, and processes
· Hands-on Automation experience with proven abilities to design, construct, customize and maintain hybrid Test automation frameworks
· Proficient in defining and constructing generic automation frameworks for web based and windows based applications Proficient on automating scripts on mobile versions of above platform
