Must-Have Skills: 
Strong background in Test Planning, Execution, and Management
Hands-on experience with Xray, HP ALM, Jira
SAP testing experience (HR, Finance, Purchasing, Logistics)
Excellent stakeholder communication & team coordination skills
Familiar with automated testing tools and performance testing (LoadRunner)
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks

Nice-to-Have: 
ALM reporting expertise
AP module functional knowledge
Agile working experience
Passport for potential travel

Responsibilities include: 
🔸Building and leading formal test plans
🔸Reviewing business requirements and mapping testing
🔸Setting up and managing X-ray Test Plans and Labs
🔸Leading defect triage and publishing test progress
🔸Coordinating between business teams, offshore teams, and SMEs
🔸Driving testing strategy and quality governance across projects
