Automation Test Lead

Job Requirements:
Lead a team of professionals within the System Integration Team.
Design and plan functional and non-functional system testing requirements.
Provide technical leadership and drive deliverables for the team.
Play a Scrum Master role for the System Testing team.
Understand both functional and technical aspects of applications to help offshore teams design and implement automation testing.
Strong knowledge of Reliability and Performance testing concepts.

Work Experience:
Proven experience as an Automation Tester.
Hands-on experience developing Automation testing frameworks using tools like Cucumber, Rest Assured, or similar.
Practical experience automating Reliability and Performance testing with various frameworks.
Excellent knowledge of Java and JavaScript.
Strong experience in Scrum management.
Ability to learn and work with a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools.
Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations like DICOM, HL7, IHE, and HIPAA.
AWS knowledge and relevant certifications.
Experience with Grafana K6.
