As an Automation Test Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all Quality Engineering and Assurance (QE&A) activities within a Scrum team.
The selected candidate will lead testing efforts across the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables through both manual and automated testing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Scrum team to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Take full ownership of QE&A activities, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing; raise and track defects through resolution.
Provide testing sign-off for project releases.
Estimate and plan automation testing efforts, including resource allocation and timelines.
Enhance or design automation frameworks as needed to support evolving project needs.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing strategies and deliverables.
Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 QA engineers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
