Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Automation lead
Responsible of the architecture of the automation environement and its improvements
Promote Standards of developpement and automations into Givaudan & its third parties.
Provide leadership and best practices to the Ansible development team, ensuring consistency and quality.
Design and implement automation solutions across diverse environments, including VMware, Windows, RedHat, and Storage platforms (IBM/NetApp).
Collaborate closely with all Dev teams to ensure requirements are gathered and deployed effectively by the development team.
Offer strategic guidance on automating processes and workflows, driving continuous improvement (Like EDA, Kafka).
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing automation scripts to improve performance and efficiency.
Challenge existing practices, fostering innovation and improvements in automation landscape, workflows, and industry standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in developing and managing complex Ansible playbooks in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Results-oriented, with a proven ability to drive measurable outcomes and improvements.
Clear, concise communicator, able to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
