We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Specialist to lead and develop automation solutions for document-centric workflows.
The role involves designing, building, and optimizing systems using cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft Power Automate, cloud services, Generative AI, and Python programming.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation frameworks, prompt engineering, and expertise in cloud platforms to deliver scalable and efficient document processing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Intelligent Document Processing & Automation:
• Develop end-to-end workflows for document digitization, extraction, and processing using tools like Microsoft Power Automate and AI Builder.
• Automate unstructured and semi-structured document processing using Python, machine learning models, OCR, and NLP techniques.
• Integrate Intelligent Automation platforms with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DMS).
2. Generative AI & Prompt Engineering:
• Design and fine-tune prompts to leverage large language models (e.g., GPT, Azure OpenAI, or similar) for document summarization, content generation, and classification.
• Use Python libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain) to experiment with and optimize model performance in document-specific tasks.
• Collaborate with data scientists to train and deploy custom Generative AI models tailored for IDP use cases.
3. Cloud Services Integration:
• Architect scalable solutions using cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Deploy and manage document processing pipelines in cloud environments.
• Leverage Python-based SDKs for seamless integration of cloud-based OCR, AI/ML, and automation services.
4. Process Improvement & Analytics:
• Analyze existing document processing workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
• Build dashboards and analytics tools to track the efficiency and accuracy of automation processes using Python visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in IDP and recommend their adoption.
