Automation Engineer

We are seeking an Automation Engineer to work on automating manual annotation processes using LLMs and GenAI. The focus will be on reducing human dependency in HR performance assessments by building AI-driven validation mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop automation scripts to replace manual annotation processes.
• Implement GenAI models to verify and refine assessment accuracy.
• Work with 6 key HR metrics and automate their computation.
• Use BDD frameworks for automated testing and validation.
• Optimize AI-generated insights for better decision-making.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Automation Testing & BDD frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Python.
• Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, and AI-based validation techniques.
• Experience in Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar tools
