About the Role

As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and support of process control applications on ABB DCS systems. You will work on both Advant and 800xA programming tools, ensuring compliance with GxP regulations and contributing to a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support process control applications on ABB DCS systems.
  • Utilize Advant and 800xA programming tools for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Provide operational support and capital project assistance for DCS systems.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, business processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Work collaboratively to maintain a safe and compliant work culture.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Technical Competencies:

  • 3+ years of experience in GxP-regulated industries (pharma, life sciences, medical devices).
  • Strong experience in automation system implementation and validation.
  • Proficiency in ABB DCS Systems (800xA & Advant).
  • Knowledge of PI/RtReports and Profibus interfaces is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-related applications.

Qualifications
