Automation Developer

Responsibilities (Automation Developer – ODC):

• Develop automation scripts, applications, APIs that adhere to standard software development methodologies (documentation, code reviews, unit testing etc.).
• Develop and enhance product features that provide automation, fault detection, recovery, diagnostics, system monitoring, telemetry, dashboard, and reporting.
• Implement software integrations between systems and applications both client and server-side.
• Write technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a software related discipline.
• At least 3 years of working experience.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in backend and web application developments (Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft PowerBI, MS-Copilot, Linux, Web-Service API, Python, MySQL, PostgreSQL DB etc.).
• Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile development methodologies (Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD).
• Certification in Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft’s Copilot Studio, ITIL and relevant programming languages, etc. would be an added advantage.
• Understanding with automation, containerisation, and orchestration using tools such as GitHub, Ansible, Chef, Docker, Jenkins, SonarQube, Kubernetes, Jira etc. would be an added advantage.
• Good organizational and task management skills.
• Good in English communication, both verbal and written
