Automation Architect

Seeking a technical leader to design, implement, and scale AI-driven process automation using AutoGen, CrewAI, WrenAI, and Azure AI. The role focuses on process mining, RPA, LLMs, and AI/ML to optimize workflows, automate tasks, and drive intelligent decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect AI-powered process automation and agentic AI frameworks.
Develop workflow automation and AI-driven process intelligence layers.
Implement Azure AI Search, Vector DBs, and Intelligent Process Automation.
Optimize AI-based anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
Lead AI model enhancements, dashboards, and ML-driven process mining.
Document solutions and mentor teams on AutoGen-based AI orchestration.

Required Skills:

12-14 years in AI, automation, and intelligent systems; 5+ years in AI-driven enterprise projects.

Hands-on with: LLMs, RAG, RLHF, OCR, NLP, and AI-based data pipelines.
Excellent communication and architectural design skills
