Description
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement test automation strategy and frameworks (Hybrid, Keyword-driven, Data-driven).
Lead testing initiatives for web, mobile (iOS/Android), and desktop applications.
Architect test solutions using tools such as Tosca, Appium, Selenium, Postman, and OpenCV.
Drive automation across ERP platforms such as Oracle EBS R12, SAP, and Salesforce.
Oversee mobile test automation using SauceLabs, Robot Framework, and CI/CD pipelines.
Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and BAs to define user stories and ensure test coverage.
Monitor and report test KPIs, maintain quality metrics, and optimize resource utilization.
Evaluate new tools and frameworks, and mentor the QA team on best practices.
Collaborate on RFPs, provide technical solutioning, and represent QA in client-facing discussions
