Automation Architect

Job Description: 

Hands on experience in designing, developing & enhancing the Automation Framework 

Strong hands-on expertise on UI automation Selenium (Java, Selenium), API Automation, Perfecto mobile automation. 

Experience of working with large-scale and complex programs, DevOps, CI/CD, continuous testing environment. 

Responsible for defining Automation Test Strategies for major program initiatives 

Test planning and guiding resources on best Automation policies 

Ensuring progress of test automation development activities as per plan, adhering to milestones and meeting SLAs. 

Investigate and diagnose problems; propose and execute solutions. 

Resolve automation issues and blockers independently 

Able to understand who to go to when there are issues 

Partner with new automation resources by providing training and guidance during on-boarding 

Ability to provide a strategy that will enable automation teams to design effective automation coverage across all components (UI, API, DB, Mainframe, Unix)
