We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sr. Automation Anywhere (RPA) Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Automation Anywhere Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to optimize business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, assess feasibility, and deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

· Lead the design and development of automation solutions using Automation Anywhere (RPA) technology.

· Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.

· Create detailed solution design documents and technical specifications.

2. Programming and Scripting:

· Develop, test, and deploy automation scripts using Automation Anywhere.

· Utilize programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python, Java) to enhance automation capabilities.

· Implement error handling and debugging procedures to ensure robust and reliable automation processes.

3. Process Assessment and Optimization:

· Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document process requirements.

· Identify areas for process improvement and optimization through automation.

4. Quality Assurance:

· Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

· Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any issues and bugs identified during testing.
