Job Description

Location - Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Indore, Jaipur, Mysore
Shift Timing - To support till 4 PM EST time zone
Contract period - 6 months-1year (can be extended based on demand and performance of the employee)

Process - Aptitude Test + Interviews (includes client interviews)
Need Early/Immediate Joiners only

Experience range - 5-10 years

Must have Skills : Communication & collaboration (Strong), Jira Administration, IT Service Management with Atlassian Solutions

Good To Have Skills : Jira Service Management Administration (Strong),

Job Description : The scope (Scope) includes following major activities:
- Routine administration tasks for Atlassian Products and installed plugins.
- Implementation of new Atlassian products in the existing ecosystem.
- Conducting training sessions and documenting all support activities for future reference.
