PAF/PNRF Process
Handle changes in Service Kit BOM or Creation of a new Kit via PTC Windchill
Update info into a table on Sharepoint/database
Drive factory to close these changes within a week
Manage this process for 3D printers production
Spare Part List
Manage the Spare List in a Sharepoint
Assign Storing Location, add new entry or update inventory quantity in the sharepoint when someone added some new spares through a process
Manage, retrieve & pass the spare to the engineer when requested or for routine maintenance. Update the status & quantity in the Sharepoint list accordingly
3D Adoption
Update the list of 3D MJF printed parts per year and the cost savings if the tools/jigs are done in a conventional way instead
Adhoc Design Services
Provide design ideas and helping engineers to design jigs for in-house production use
Manage the 3D MJF printing requests and arrange the requests in Print Jobs for printing
Drawing Editing
Provide guidance & assistance in CREO 3D CAD software whenever there is a need to up Rev Drawing
Requirements
Project management & total quality management experience
Strong fluency in English language
Demonstrated ability to speak confidently in groups of different nationality
Ability to work using spreadsheet, word-processing & graphics software or programs
Capable of using 3D CAD software to design 3D-printed tools and execute design modifications/improvements
Support SRV PAF/PNRF & WW classification
Assist to verify & upkeep production line & spare tools
