Key Skills: ServiceNow, Api Integration, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Archer 6.X

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate hands-on configuration experience managing GRC and IRM programs, including solution design and configuration projects for GRC/IRM Technology platforms.
  • Develop, implement, integrate, and customize solutions for ServiceNow IRM.
  • Utilize sound knowledge of API integrations to connect the ServiceNow platform with external systems.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Compliance Management, Regulatory Change Management, and familiarity with regulatory scanners like CUBE.
  • Analyze business requirements for GRC solutions and develop GRC Applications.
  • Configure and develop workflows, data integration, and other system integrations for Compliance Processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cube Compliance applications or similar for Horizon scanning.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Be flexible for upskilling in different skill sets.

Skills Required:

  • Must-Have:
    • Strong experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC development and customization
    • Proficiency in API Integration for connecting ServiceNow with external systems
    • Solid understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes
  • Nice-to-Have:
    • Exposure to Archer 6.X
    • Familiarity with compliance tools like CUBE for regulatory scanning

Education: Any Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Software Development, Business Information Sciences, or equivalent industry experience.
