About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Software Development: Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging applications as per project requirements. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
2. Requirement Analysis: Participate in requirement gathering sessions to understand client or internal project needs. Translate requirements into technical specifications and development tasks.
3. Testing and Debugging: Support unit testing, integration testing, and bug fixing activities. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure software meets quality standards.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with team members across development, QA, and project management functions. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
5. Learning and Development: Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends. Take part in training sessions, workshops, and certifications to improve technical and domain skills.
