Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 13-15 engineers, ensuring project deliverables and performance outcomes are achieved.
- Oversee web application support and development projects, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and coordination among teams to enhance project execution.
- Interact with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
- Conduct regular project reviews and prepare status reports for senior management.
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve team efficiency and project delivery.
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in .NET development
- Hands-on experience with Azure (cloud services, deployment, monitoring)
- Knowledge of SonarQube for code quality and analysis (nice-to-have)
- Experience in leading and managing teams (13-15 engineers)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong understanding of web application support and development
- Excellent client interaction and stakeholder management skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
