Assistant Manager - Process Training

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in managing a training team, preferably within a BPO setup, and a strong background in both process and communication skills training. Experience handling Property and Casualty Insurance accounts is essential. This role involves leading the training initiatives for new hires, ongoing training for existing employees, and capability upliftment for trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Facilitation: Facilitate new hire training sessions for Pre-process and Process Training batches, ensuring that all employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
   
• Onboarding & Orientation: Create, organize, plan, and deliver various onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, providing them with the necessary tools and information to integrate into the company smoothly.
   
• Training Materials Development: Create and/or acquire training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials to ensure consistency and effectiveness in training delivery across the organization.
   
• Training Needs Assessment (TNA): Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) for Business-As-Usual (BAU) refreshers to identify skill gaps and implement tailored training solutions to address them.
   
• Performance Monitoring & Evaluation: Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, assessment results, and retraining requirements to ensure compliance and track the progress of employees.
   
• Program Effectiveness Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from participants, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
   
• Coaching & Feedback: Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions with teams on the floor to ensure continuous improvement in performance and adherence to company standards.
   
• Train-the-Trainer Programs: Develop and conduct Train-the-Trainer programs for new trainers and capability upliftment training for existing trainers to enhance their effectiveness in delivering training sessions.
