🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Risk & Compliance: Assess business risks, internal controls, and policy effectiveness.
✔ Internal Audits: Conduct risk-based audits, identify control gaps, and ensure regulatory compliance.
✔ Reporting & Documentation: Prepare internal audit reports and present findings to leadership.
✔ Process & Policy Development: Implement audit methodologies and corrective action plans.
✔ Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies.
✔ Special Audits: Conduct process assessments and ad-hoc reviews.
✅ Mandatory Requirements:
🎓 Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
📈 Experience: 3+ years in Internal Audit / Risk Controls (Banks, NBFCs, Fintech)
🔍 Expertise in:
🔹 Audit procedures, risk assessment, testing & sampling methods
🔹 Internal Audit Consultancy & Financial Compliance
🔹 Stakeholder & Vendor Management
⭐ Preferred:
✔ Big 4 Experience (Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY) handling Financial Services clients
