AS/400 Developer

Required Skills & Responsibilities:
Maintain and support IBM AS400 (I Series) Financial/Insurance System.
Troubleshoot financial transactions and update tables to enable/disable financial/insurance products.
Maintain and troubleshoot Datafeeds, Payments, and Print jobs with external systems.
Utilize technologies such as Subversion Tortoise/SVN, FTP, RoboFTP, WinSCP, command batch files, job scheduler, Redgate tools, Altova tools, and Microsoft Office.
Handle financial transactions and reporting, including EFT/ACH files and 1099 reporting.
Maintain data transfer processes using IBM MQ.
Follow SDLC on Mainframe (Dev, QA, Production).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Maintain Agents Area Website using C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
Manage web server configurations and deployments using IIS.
Utilize Visual Studio (2005–2017) and SQL Server Management Studio.
Manage SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, table updates, and DTSX package development.

Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with IBM AS400 Development/Maintenance (Financial Systems, preferably Insurance products).
Proficiency in SQL, Query, Implementer, COBOL, and Control Language.
Strong Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio skills.
