Artificial Intelligence(AI) Engineer

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our AI Accelerator Team working on various AI initiatives.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and optimizing cutting-edge AI models and AI-based products, with a strong focus on Generative AI technologies.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain advanced AI models for Generative AI use cases.
Conduct prompt engineering and implement optimization techniques such as RAG to enhance the model s ability to generate informed and contextually appropriate responses.
Ensure models effectiveness and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation.
Adhere to principles of Responsible AI to ensure fairness, transparency, privacy, accountability, and implementing risk and compliance measures.
Continuously assess and enhance AI solutions based on user feedback, emerging technologies, and industry advancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into their existing processes and maximize their impact organization-wide.
Manage multiple use cases simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within established timelines.
Working from the Office is mandatory for real-time collaboration and effective team dynamics.
