Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Power Automate Architect to design, develop, and optimize automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming business processes by implementing advanced workflow automation, integrating systems, and providing architectural guidance for Power Automate solutions. Experience Level: 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of relevant experience in Power Automate Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows). - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and identify automation opportunities. - Integrate Power Automate with various Microsoft and third-party applications (SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, Azure, etc.). - Design and implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using Power Automate Desktop. - Develop best practices, governance, and security standards for Power Automate solutions. - Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for performance and reliability. - Lead and mentor a team of developers in Power Platform technologies. - Stay updated with new Microsoft Power Platform features and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong expertise in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows) and Power Apps - Experience integrating Power Automate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, third-party APIs and third party business applications. - Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, OData, and custom connectors. - Hands-on experience with RPA solutions and process automation. - Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in Power Platform. - Strong understanding of Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Virtual Agents. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with AI Builder, Cognitive Services, and Machine Learning in Power Automate. - Knowledge of PowerShell, C#, or JavaScript for automation enhancements. - Prior experience in enterprise-level process automation and digital transformation projects
