Archer support specialist

Role: Archer support specialist 

Location: Jersey City, NJ or Norwalk, CT (Preference is NJ)

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Archer GRC platform support specialist with 6+ years of hands-on with RSA Archer implementation and GRC frameworks. 

Technical Skills:

· Experience in the design, architecture, configuration and implementation of GRC solutions such as Archer GRC/IRM 

· Experience in implementing the Archer product including integrations with other systems using API, XML and REST/SOAP services 

· Experience with working with content Records, Workspaces & Dashboards 

· Strong understanding of Audit, compliance, and risk management processes 

· Experience with creating design processes, technical designs, defining user stories working with onshore/offshore development teams, leading user acceptance testing and providing the necessary end user training to deliver the proposed solutions 

· Ability to design Archer applications, data feeds, dashboards and advanced workflows 

· Experience in engaging and managing a variety of stakeholders with an ability to consult, provide recommendations and develop solutions using GRC solutions 

· Provide technical consultation and best practices for Archer implementation and customization 

· Document system design configuration changes and standard operating procedure 

· Strong analytical interpersonal communication writing and presentation skills 

· Strong written and oral communication skills 

· Excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills 

· Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
