Need to be able to provide 3rd level support for ArcGIS and ArcFM applications as well as some development in Python, Angular, and ArcGIS.
Assignment
- Provide development and technical support (1st, 2nd or Tier 3 Level) to the client ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications.
- Take up development for minor enhancements using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, ASP .net (C#).
- Support client's Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests.
- Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
- System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
- Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
- Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc

Required Skills/Experience
- 5-10 years of experiences of administration, support, and development ArcGIS applications
- 5-10 years of experiences in administrating and supporting ArcFM applications
- Development and coding experiences using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, .Net (C#).
- Experiences in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
- System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
- Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
- Ability to Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc
- Ability to understand requirements and support team and share best practices/lessons learnt.
- Provide status of the tickets to the client SME.
- Trouble shooting and problem resolution to issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications.
