Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Client-PCM Senior Associate / Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping clients address complex business challenges with Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM) solutions. You will work with clients to translate their business needs into technology-driven solutions, manage project delivery, and provide functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM PCM. As a Senior Associate or Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery, from solution design to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Development: Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions using Oracle EPM PCM (Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management). Lead the design and development of Oracle EPCM solutions to address client needs.
  • Project Delivery: Manage the planning, delivery, and execution of Oracle EPCM solutions. Oversee risk assessment, requirements gathering, solution design, and development to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations. Serve as the key point of contact for project-related queries and updates.
  • Functional & Technical Expertise: Provide functional and technical expertise in Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management processes. Offer guidance on best practices and ensure the solution meets industry standards and client expectations.
  • Integration & Reporting: Ensure the integration of Oracle EPCM solutions with other systems and automate key business processes. Develop reporting mechanisms to provide business insights.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Take corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior team members in project delivery, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development across the team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current on the latest trends and updates in Oracle EPM and EPCM, suggesting improvements to processes and systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory Skills:
    • Strong experience with Oracle EPM PCM (Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management).
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, and data manipulation.
    • Proven ability to work independently on Oracle EPCM solutions and manage project delivery.
    • Deep understanding of integration, automation, and reporting within EPM systems.
  • Nice to Have Skills:
    • Familiarity with other EPM tools (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, Oracle Essbase, or similar).
    • Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM solutions is a plus.
    • Understanding of financial modeling and cost allocation methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
  • Experience with Oracle EPCM implementation and best practices for profitability and cost management.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM PCM, including a proven track record of solution design, development, and delivery.
  • Prior consulting or client-facing experience is preferred.
  • Experience in leading or managing teams and projects is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile and other project management methodologies.
  • Experience with Oracle Financial Management (OFM) and other Oracle EPM tools.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of managing multiple projects and teams.
