Responsibilities:
· Oversee the full lifecycle of program management, from prototype to customer launch.
· Manage engineering changes, ensuring products meet specifications and quality standards.
· Resolve quality concerns promptly and ensure up-to-date documentation.
· Coordinate communication between production, quality, engineering, and tool room departments.
· Act as the main point of contact for customers, offering technical support and tracking correspondence.
· Present cost-saving opportunities and monitor program progress and budgets.
· Lead and mentor Program Managers, fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Design, or Industrial Engineering.
· Minimum 10 years in engineering, tooling, or program management; 5+ years in a supervisory role in manufacturing, preferably automotive.
· Knowledge in SPC, DFMEA/PFMEA, GD&T, APQP, PPAP, and problem-solving methodologies.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in documentation.
· Willingness to travel as needed
