We are seeking a skilled Application/System Support Engineer with experience in Dynatrace scripting to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will provide critical production support, monitor systems, and ensure the stability and performance of applications during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application and system support during night hours
- Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services using Dynatrace
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate where necessary
- Perform routine checks and ensure environment stability
- Document incidents, resolutions, and process updates
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace monitoring and scripting
- Strong understanding of system support best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills, especially for incident reporting/escalations
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a 24/7 production support environment
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, PowerShell, or Python)
