Description

We are seeking a skilled Application/System Support Engineer with experience in Dynatrace scripting to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will provide critical production support, monitor systems, and ensure the stability and performance of applications during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application and system support during night hours
  • Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services using Dynatrace
  • Troubleshoot system issues and escalate where necessary
  • Perform routine checks and ensure environment stability
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and process updates

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Dynatrace monitoring and scripting
  • Strong understanding of system support best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skills, especially for incident reporting/escalations
  • Ability to work independently during overnight shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a 24/7 production support environment
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, PowerShell, or Python)
