Description

Mandatory Skills :

  • 10 years of strong knowledge and experience in Unix (RHEL, AIX, etc.)
  • Knowledge on any MQ/DB2/Cloud- AWS, Ansible, Docker, Docker Swarm and Methodologies will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge  with Shell scripting for installation and configuration of software applications.
  • Should have 4 to 6 years of extensive experience in Banking Domain and  IT Infrastructure .
  • Familiar with VM Operations with VMWare and GIT
  • Experience in working on Docker (An added advantage)
  • Scripting in Bash Shell and Python will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge on Cloud Platform will be an added advantage.

Responsibility :

  • He would be working with Business Operations / Development / Testing / BA / Partner systems teams / to investigate and fix the incidents.
  • Ensuring that client systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing a high level of service to our customers and adhering to our strict SLAs for response and restoration times.
  • Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, major incident management
  • Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customisations
  • Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy
  • To assist with the support of applications and infrastructure
  • Creation and distribution of knowledge and information with other team members and the company
