Application/Cloud Architect(Service Now)

Requirements

University degree in IT, combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
At least 5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience;
At least 3 years of experience in SPM/APM module implementations;
Experience with workflow automation, data modeling, and customization within the ServiceNow platform;
Experience in designing and implementing custom applications, data integrations, workflows, and complex reporting in ServiceNow;
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs;
Good knowledge of business process analysis;
Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in iterative solution design and delivery (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc);
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, particularly within SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), APM (Application Portfolio Management) and ITSM domains;
Knowledge of interoperability technology (web services, message oriented middleware, service oriented bus, event architecture);
The following certifications would be considered as assets: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in SPM/APM;
Excellent command of the English language.
