Job Description:
* Verify analysis and implement changes to prevent incident recurrence.
* Resolve critical application alerts and production defects.
* Update knowledge articles and runbooks with development teams.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address application issues.
* Validate and submit responses for ongoing audits.
* Implement Disaster Recovery scripts during outages.
* Identify and implement automation opportunities.
* Partner with development teams for feedback on application design.
* Implement pre-production/production code deployment plans and vendor application upgrades.
* Align risk and control processes with daily responsibilities.
Talents Needed:
* Minimum 4 years of related experience.
* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
*Key technologies: Java/J2EE, Oracle/SQL, IBM MQ, SNOW/ITIL Process, Splunk/Autosys.
* Key platforms: Linux/Unix, AWS.
* Advantageous technologies: Containers (Kubernetes/Docker), IIB, Network understanding.
* Preferable domain knowledge: Finance and Securities.
