Job Description:
• At least 8+ years of combined experience in development, production support, design, development, testing, deployment of applications using MS SQL Server, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, jQuery, AJAX, XML, NET WebForms, Entity Framework & Stored Procedures
• Good knowledge on the Microsoft platform with expertise on .Net frameworks (4.0, 5.0) & .Net core.
• Experience ADF, PowerShell and SFTP
• Experience with end-user interactions in Teams and perform screenshare to assist with application related problems.
• Management like ServiceNow, or Service Cloud for tickets/Incidents
• Ready to work in Production Support and Maintenance Projects, Regular Support Activities - Ticket monitoring, Application monitoring, Incident Resolution, Request handling, etc.
• Support Experience using ITSM Support tools
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Familiarity/experience in ITIL concepts, processes and fundamentals
• Prior experience with Confluence and Control-M jobs.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products.
• Prior experience in Banking projects
• Good understanding of Customer Support metrics and SLAs
