Application Support

**Job Summary:**
In this role, you will provide top-notch first-level support and solutions to business users, troubleshoot problems on corporate banking systems, and address user queries. You'll also play a pivotal role in coordinating the implementation of application enhancements, ensuring systems meet user requirements and standards .

 **Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement, support, and maintain assigned applications
- Ensure systems meet functional requirements and adhere to standards
- Document processes and methodologies for future maintenance
- Provide expert advice on production issues and solutions
- Analyze system changes and impacts
- Conduct system tests for accuracy and completeness
- Provide off-office hour support for smooth deployment

 **Requirements:**
- Degree in Computer Science & IT
- 1-2 years experience in design, development, and support
- Proficiency in Corporate Internet Banking systems
- Familiarity with Linux, MySQL, and open-source platforms
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Technical skills in Java, Flutter, GitHub, Docker, etc
