Role Description: 
AFS is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst who will perform functions on highly complex projects and collaborate with a team of Business partners and systems engineers on cross functional projects. 
The resource will serve as a liaison between the business community and the Information Services. This position elicits and analyzes business needs for highly complex projects, supports various homegrown and vended applications for the client, integration of solutions to business processes and systems, and validates that solutions fit within the long-term strategic vision.

Job functions include:
Creating or updating documentation in support of development efforts. Documents may include detailed specifications, implementation guides, architecture diagrams or design documents.
Participation in code reviews with peers and managers to ensure that each increment adheres to original vision as described in the user story and all standard resource libraries and architecture patterns as appropriate.
Respond to trouble/support calls for applications in production in order to make quick repair to keep application in production.
Leverage client DevOps tool stack to build, inspect, deploy in cloud platform, test and promote new or updated features.
Ability to work in a strict SLA driven environment and be flexible to be on weekly on-call schedule.

Required skills, knowledge, and abilities include:
Competent in distributed systems design and implementation. Experience with Object-Oriented Design and test-driven development.
Hands-On experience with database development using SQL
Knowledge of UNIX (Linux) environment and AWS Administration
Experience working in Agile environment and good communication skills
Working experience with:
Visual Basic, ASP, .Net framework , MS Access

Oracle, SQL Server, SSRS Reporting 
Toad, SQL Server Management Studio
