Application Support Engineer / Production Support

Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in scripting or programming languages like Python, Perl, Shell scripting, etc. - Experience with Windows / UNIX/Linux operating systems. - Experience in deployment and strong debugging skills. - Familiarity with ITIL Service Management/Support. - Knowledge of file transfer protocols (e.g., SFTP, HTTPS, AS2) and encryption types (e.g., PGP). - Knowledge of automation tools & frameworks such as Selenium, Ansible is a plus. - Experience in working with Securities & Financial services industry. - Good communication skills. - Willingness to work on weekends/off office hours on an as-needed basis.
