Responsibilities:

5+ years of experience in Web Application Support Operations.
Strong knowledge of SQL and Linux commands.
Familiarity with development tools and technology.
Strong experience in Apache HTTPD, with a good understanding of its configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of L2/L3 application support, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
