Responsibilities:
Hands-on Expertise: The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Node.js, React, or other contemporary software engineering technologies. Experience in full-stack development would be advantageous.

ITIL and SDLC Knowledge: The candidate must demonstrate a solid understanding of ITIL service delivery processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This expertise will enable effective contribution to the organization's service management and software engineering practices.
Active Development: The candidate should actively engage in writing code and conducting code reviews when necessary. Their active involvement in development work will demonstrate technical proficiency and facilitate effective guidance and mentoring of the team.

Application Support: The candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage incidents from an application support perspective. Their expertise in this area will ensure the efficient resolution of issues and the smooth functioning of applications.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of experience in application support and software engineering.
Proficiency in Node.js, React, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of ITIL service delivery processes and SDLC.
Experience with full-stack development is preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Delhi-based candidates preferred.
