Application Support Engineer

Are you an experienced ASP.NET Application Support Engineer looking to make an impact in a dynamic IT environment? We’re looking for talented professionals to join our team at our Corporate Office in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end support for ASP.NET and MS SQL-based applications
Troubleshoot issues, manage incidents and service requests, and ensure adherence to SLA targets
Collaborate across teams to maintain high system performance and reliability
Perform SQL queries, support IIS, and ensure seamless application operation
Monitor performance, implement proactive fixes, and handle rotating shifts as part of our 15/7 support model
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Participate across the SDLC — from design to deployment and support

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience
10–15 years of relevant experience (for Senior roles) in a Housing Finance Organization preferred

Strong skills in:
ASP.NET 4.8 Webforms, MVC Razor Pages, ADO.NET, Web API
SQL Server 2018, SSRS, SSIS
Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Version control: GitLab
Problem-solving mindset with solid debugging and communication skills
